How can I evaluate the current ICT skills of my teachers?

The ECDL/ICDL for Education courseware suits all levels of learners wishing to achieve the ECDL qualification.
Whilst it assumes no prior knowledge and is ideal for the new learner, the courseware is also flexible for the learner with existing skills to fast-track through the exercises at their own speed.

Why not create "buddy groups" - learners with similar abilities who can support each other.
