ICT Service Providers in ICT Education Resource Development’.

Aston Swann is pleased to have been acknowledged for the development and quality
of its ICT training programmes. NAACEmark
is an accreditation operated by Naace in association with Becta and assures
schools and colleges purchasing ICT that service providers have met a national
quality standard enabling them to feel secure about the quality of services they

of the recognition that the NAACEmark gives to the processes and procedures that
quality assure our education learning software.
The ECDL for Educators development team is delighted to have received
this award acknowledging the high standards we have achieved in the development
of our products and support materials for Teachers, Schools and Colleges. “We have provided
learning programmes specifically tailored to the education marketplace for over
a decade and are pleased to be the only ECDL courseware provider to achieve this
prestigious education award. We have also recently welcomed Curriculum Online
accreditation for our ECDL for Education courseware.” Aston Swann’s
portfolio of training products aimed at teachers includes ECDL for Educators for
MS Office 2000, and ECDL for Education for MS Office XP and 2003.
Both programmes also have additional classroom exemplars and Pupil
Projects that allow teachers to take the courseware into the classroom for their
Key Stage 3 and 4 students in a context that is relevant to them.
The ECDL for Educators programmes offer courseware tailored specifically
for education that lead to the internationally recognised ECDL qualification. Naace was established in 1984 and is the professional association for those concerned with advancing education through ICT. Naace advises local and national bodies on ICT and is involved with developing national strategies.
